What type of paper do you use?
My photographs are printed with a large-format inkjet printer on professional Kodak Endura acid-free paper using archival inks. The prints are meant to last for 100+ years so long as they’re not displayed in direct sunlight (please try to keep the artwork out of direct sunlight because it can cause it to fade more quickly). They are matte prints that have a slight gloss and subtle texture.
Do you offer matting or framing?
I don’t offer these items, however many local framing shops should be able to assist you with this (and it’ll save you money on shipping, too! :).
Are your prints signed?
Prints 16″ x 24″ and smaller are unsigned, open edition (unnumbered). All of my images 16″ x 24″ and smaller are available to purchase directly on my website in the various Galleries.
Prints 20″ x 30″ and larger are hand signed by me. To order a signed print that is 20″ x 30″ or larger, please contact me and I’ll be happy to assist you directly.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
It varies greatly on the destination and the item(s) you’re ordering, so unfortunately there’s no easy shipping table that I can provide for you. The best way to calculate shipping costs is to add the item(s) to your cart and enter the shipping address (you won’t need to enter any personal information at this point, just the shipping destination so the cost can be calculated). It will then show you how much it costs to ship.
How long does it take to ship an item once it’s ordered & how is it shipped?
Your order is usually made within 3-7 days and then the shipping time depends on the method you choose. At the checkout screen you’re presented with the choice of a few different options that will determine the time it takes to be delivered (like regular mail, FedEx…).
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! Because I use a service called Fotomoto, they have different partners they work with around the world and if there’s a professional photo lab close to you, shipping will be a lot more reasonable then if I were shipping your items from the US.
How are prints packaged?
All prints are meticulously packaged to prevent any bending or creasing en route. It depends on the size of the image, but the photographs are either shipped in a flat, rigid envelope or rolled in a tube.

Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love your images. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your artwork, you may exchange it or return it for a refund within 90 days. Please note:
*Artwork must be in like-new condition when I receive it.
*Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.
*You are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the cost of returning the item(s) to me.
*Please notify me by phone or by email that you plan to return an item so I know to expect it.
*Returns must be insured and trackable.
